# The A1 Trunk Road (Haringey) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1990, Article 6: Exemptions from prohibitions and restrictions


Nothing in this Order applies to a vehicle being used for the provision of a London bus service–
(a) under a London local service licence; or
(b) for which such a licence is not required by virtue of section 35(2) or 36(1) of the Transport Act 1985;
when in an area bounded by a traffic sign consisting of markings of a type shown in diagram 1025 or 1025.2 of the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 1981.
