Section 2

in article 2, after definition of “Schedule”, there were inserted the following definition—

• ““vehicle” includes part of a vehicle”

in article 5, for the words “enter or to proceed” there were substituted the word “be”; and,

in article 8, after paragraph (3) there were inserted the following paragraph—

“(4)

Nothing in article 5 shall apply so as to prevent a vehicle being in the bus lane so long as may be necessary—

(i)

to enable a person to board or alight from the vehicle; or

(ii)

to enable goods to be loaded onto or be unloaded from the vehicle;

if and in so far as the activity is not prohibited by provisions other than the provision of this order.”
