# The A13 Trunk Road (Lakeside Link Road) Order 1989, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 10th April 1989
Coming into force 28th April 1989
The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980, and now vested in him(b), and of all other enabling powers:
