# The A138 (Replacement Chelmer Viaduct) (Trunking) Order 2014, Article 1


This Order may be cited as the A138 Trunk Road (Replacement Chelmer Viaduct) (Trunking) Order 2014 and shall come into force on 3rd October 2014.
