# The A15 (Brigg and Redbourne Bypass) (Trunking) Order 1955, Introduction: Introductory text


HIGHWAYS ENGLAND AND WALES
Made 15th February 1995
Coming into force 1st April 1995
The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980, and not vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:—
