Article 2

“the plan” means the plan numbered HA 10/NDD/002, marked “The A168 Trunk Road (Blakey Lane) (Detrunking) (No.2) Order 2013”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport and deposited at Communities and Local Government, Deposited Document Services, Room F13, Ashdown House, St Leonards on Sea, Hastings, East Sussex, TN37 7GA;

“classified road” as a classification for a highway, means that the highway is not a principal road for the purposes of enactments and instruments which refer to highways classified as principal roads but is a classified road for the purpose of every enactment and instrument which refers to highways classified by the Secretary of State and which does not specifically refer to their classification as principal roads; and

“the trunk road” means the A168 Trunk Road in the District of Hambleton in the County of North Yorkshire.
