# The A168 Trunk Road (Blakey Lane) (Detrunking) (No.2) Order 2013, Article 3


The length of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road and shall be classified as a classified road as from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies the North Yorkshire County Council (who will become the highway authority responsible for these lengths), that the Order has come into force.
