  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThe purpose of the Order is to authorise the Secretary of State to remove the trunk road status from the lengths of trunk road described in the above schedule. The responsibility for the maintenance of these lengths of road will thereafter pass to the local Highway Authority, which is North Yorkshire County Council.\nThis Order completes the previous detrunking of an adjoining length of this road that was the subject of an earlier made detrunking order completed in 2006. This is to facilitate the provision of an improved access onto Blakey Lane in connection with the existing Thirsk Auction Mart Development.",
