# The A19 Downhill Lane Junction Development Consent Order 2020, Article 21: Compulsory acquisition of land – incorporation of the mineral code


Part 2 of Schedule 2 (minerals) to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 is incorporated in this Order subject to the modification that for the “acquiring authority” substitute the “undertaker” and for “undertaking” substitute “authorised development.”
