# The A19 Trunk Road (Portrack Roundabout) (Trunking) Order 1994, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 2nd November 1994
Coming into force 14th November 1994
The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980 and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:—
