# The A19/A1058 Coast Road (Junction Improvement) Development Consent Order 2016, Paragraph 12: Surface and foul water drainage

Extent: E+W+S

(1) No authorised development is to commence until written details of the surface and foul water drainage system, reflecting the mitigation measures in section 12 of the environmental report and including means of pollution control, have been prepared in consultation with the Environment Agency and submitted to and approved in writing by the relevant planning authority.
(2) The drainage system must be constructed in accordance with the approved details referred to in sub-paragraph (1).
