# The A19/A1058 Coast Road (Junction Improvement) Development Consent Order 2016, Paragraph 6: Fencing

Extent: E+W+S

Any permanent and temporary fencing and other means of enclosure for the authorised development must be constructed and installed in accordance with the undertaker’s Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works except where any departures from that manual are agreed in writing by the relevant planning authority in connection with the authorised development.
