# The A19/A1058 Coast Road (Junction Improvement) Development Consent Order 2016, Paragraph 5: Protective works to buildings

Extent: E+W+S

The undertaker, in the case of the powers conferred by article 16 (protective work to buildings), must exercise those powers so as not to obstruct or render less convenient the access to any apparatus.
