# The A19/A184 Testo's Junction Alteration Development Consent Order 2018, Article 14: Access to works


The undertaker may, for the purposes of the authorised development, form and layout means of access, or improve existing means of access, at such locations within the Order limits as the undertaker reasonably requires for the purposes of the authorised development.
