# The A19/A184 Testo's Junction Alteration Development Consent Order 2018, Article 21: Compulsory acquisition of land – incorporation of the mineral code


Part 2 of Schedule 2 (minerals) to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 is incorporated in this Order subject to the modification that for “the acquiring authority” substitute “ the undertaker ”.
