  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order authorises Highways England to undertake works to alter the junction of the A19 and A184 at Testo's Junction, near West Boldon in South Tyneside and carry out all associated works.\nThe Order permits Highways England to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose.\nThe Order also includes provisions in connection with the maintenance of the authorised development.\nA copy of the plans, engineering drawings and sections, the book of reference, the environmental statement and the outline CEMP mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 40 (certification of documents, etc.) of this Order may be inspected free of charge during normal working hours at Highways England, Lateral, 8 City Walk, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 9AT.",
