ROAD TRAFFIC

Made 26th February 1991

Coming into force 1st March 1992

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(1) and (3) and 7(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984f1,and of all other enabling powers, and after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis pursuant to section 7(6) of that Actf2, hereby makes the following order:
