For Article 10(1) substitute—

The Croydon (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1977, Order No. 23; the Croydon (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1991, Order No. 20; the Croydon (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1991, Order No. 27; the Croydon (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1991, Order No. 34; and the Croydon (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1993, Order No. 23; as amended, are hereby revoked, in so far as their provisions relate to any part of the trunk road red route.”
