	Between a point opposite the party wall of No. 173 and No. 175 Streatham High Road and a point opposite the party wall of No. 183 and No. 185 Streatham High Road.
5.	From a point opposite the party wall of No. 219 and No. 221 Streatham High Road southwards for a distance of 27 metres.
6.	Between a point 3.5 metres south east of the north western property boundary of No. 245 Streatham High Road and a point 3.5 metres south east of the common boundary of Nos. 251/263 and Nos. 253/265 Streatham High Road.
