The centre line of the new trunk road is indicated by a heavy black line on the site plan contained in the plan folio numbered LRO 64/89/2/01-2, marked “The A23 Trunk Road (Purley Cross Junction Improvement) Trunking Order 1996”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport and deposited at the Highways Agency, St Christopher House, Southwark Street, London SE1 0TE.
