# The A23 Trunk Road (Purley Way, Croydon) (Box Junction) Order 1994, Article 2


In this Order—
“boxed area” means the area of the carriageway of the trunk road specified in the Schedule to this Order, being an area of the said carriageway which is marked by the traffic sign specified in diagram 1043 in the Traffic Signs Regulations 1981; and
“the trunk road” means that part of the A23 Trunk Road in the London Borough of Croydon known as Purley Way.
