  "text": "In this Order—\n(1) all measurements of distance are measured along the route of the relevant highways;\n(2) (i) “the deposited plan”\nmeans the plan numbered RSE A249/2/65/2/2 marked “The A249 Iwade Bypass Order 1992” signed by authority of the Secretary of State and deposited atthe Department of Transport, Romney House,43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY;\n(ii) “the new trunk roads”\nmeans the highways mentioned in article 1 of this Order and “a new trunk road” means one of those highways;\n(iii) “the trunk road”\nmeans the A249 Trunk Road.",
