# The A249 Iwade Bypass (Slip Roads) Order 1992, Article 4


In this Order—
(i) “the deposited plan”means the plan numbered RSE A249/2/65/2/3, marked “The A249 Iwade Bypass (Slip Roads) Order 1992”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State and deposited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P3PY;
(ii) “the main new trunk road”means the highway along the route described in paragraph 1 of the Schedule to The A249 Iwade Bypass Order 1992 which is to be constructed by the Secretary of State in pursuance of that Order.
