The centre line of the new trunk road is indicated by a heavy black line on the plan numbered HA 65/45/5-1, marked “The A27 Trunk Road (Cophall Roundabout) Order 2003”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport and deposited at the ODPM DfT Records Management Branch, Floor 13 (IMD), Ashdown House, St Leonard’s on Sea, Hastings, East Sussex, TN37 7GA.
