# The A27 Trunk Road (Crossbush Bypass) Order 1990, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 15th November 1990
Coming into force 1st January 1991
The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10 and 41 of the Highways Act 1980, and now vested in him, and of all other enabling powers:
