# The A27 Trunk Road (Patching Junction Improvement) Order 1993, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 10th May 1993
Coming into force 25th June 1993
The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10 and 41 of the Highways Act 1980, and now vested in him, and of all other enabling powers:—
