Article 2

From the date when tolls ceases to be leviable under section 16 of the 1988 Act by the person appointed under section 11 of that Act, the highway described in Schedule 1 to this Order and indicated on the plan shall become subject to the charging regime set out in Schedule 2. The Secretary of State shall give notice by publication in the London Gazette not less than 14 days in advance of the date when tolls cease to be leviable under this article.
