  "text": "In this Order—\n(1)\nall measurements of distance are measured along the route of the relevant highway;\n(2)(i)\n“the main new road”\nmeans the new highway which the Secretary of State proposes to construct along the route described in the Schedule to this Order;\n(ii)\n“the new trunk road”\nmeans the main new road;\n(iii)\n“the plan”\nmeans the site plan contained in the plan folio numbered HA 10/MP/009, marked “The A3 Trunk Road (Hindhead) Order 2006”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport and deposited at ODPM-DfT, Records Management Branch, Floor 13, (IMD), Ashdown House, St Leonards on Sea, Hastings, East Sussex TN37 7GA;\n(iv)\n“the trunk road”\nmeans the London-Portsmouth Trunk Road (A3)",
