  "text": "No person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 40 miles per hour on –\n(a) the length of the southwestbound exit slip road between its junctions with the southwestbound carriageway of Roehampton Vale and the northeastern extremity of the island site;\n(b) the southwestbound access slip road;\n(c) the northeastbound exit slip road; and\n(d) the northeastbound access slip road.",
