  "text": "Notwithstanding any provision in this Order, the existing junctions of Traits Lane and Gason Lane with the A303 must not be closed to traffic until a scheme securing the delivery of no through road signs to be installed at the southern junctions of these roads with Blackwell Road has, after consultation by the undertaker with the traffic authority, been submitted to and approved in writing by the Secretary of State.",
