# The A303 Trunk Road (Folly Bottom Junction) (Detrunking) Order 2002, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 22nd April 2002
The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980 and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:—
