  "text": "In this Order:\n“the A34” means the A34 Trunk Road near Chieveley in the District of West Berkshire;\n“the M4” means the M4 Motorway near Chieveley in the District of West Berkshire;\n“Junction 13” means the junction of the M4 with the A34;\n“carriageway” means any way (other than a cycle track) comprised in the trunk road over which the public have a right of way for the passage of vehicles and which has a surface suitable for the exercise of that right;\n“on-slip” means any road leading to the A34; and\n“off-slip” means any road leading from the A34.",
