  "text": "In this Order—\n(i) “the plan”\nmeans the plan folio numbered HA10/PS/268, consisting of sheet 1 and marked “The A361 Trunk Road (Southam Road) (Detrunking) Order 2001”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions and deposited at DETR Records Management Branch, Floor 13 (IMD), Ashdown House, St. Leonards On Sea, Hastings, East Sussex TN37 7GA;\n(ii) “principal road”\nas a classification for a highway, means that the highway is a principal road for the purposes of enactments and instruments which refer to highways classified as principal roads and is also classified for the purposes of every other enactment and instrument which refers to highways classified by the Secretary of State; and\n(iii) “the trunk road”\nmeans the A361 Trunk Road.",
