# The A38 Derby Junctions Development Consent Order 2023, Paragraph 48


The undertaker must no later than 28 days from the date that the plans and documents referred to in article 46 (certification of plans etc.) are certified by the Secretary of State provide a set of those plans and documents to Network Rail in a format specified by Network Rail.
