  "text": "(1) Where in consequence of the proposed construction of any of the authorised works, the undertaker or Cadent requires the removal of apparatus under paragraph 55(2) or Cadent makes requirements for the protection or alteration of apparatus under paragraph 57, the undertaker must use its best endeavours to co-ordinate the execution of the works in the interests of safety and the efficient and economic execution of the authorised works and taking into account the need to ensure the safe and efficient operation of Cadent’s undertaking and Cadent must use its best endeavours to co-operate with the undertaker for that purpose.\n(2) Whenever Cadent’s consent, agreement or approval is required in relation to plans, documents or other information submitted to Cadent or the taking of action by Cadent, it must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.",
