# The A39 Trunk Road (Devon/Cornwall County Boundary to Indian Queens Cornwall) (Detrunking) Order 2002, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st June 2002
The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10 and 12 of the Highways Act 1980 and now vested in him, and of all powers enabling him in that behalf.
