In this Order–

(i)

“the plan” means the plan folio numbered HA 065/010/000006 marked “The A40 Trunk Road (Park Royal Slip Roads) Order 2000”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions and deposited at the Highways Agency, St Christopher House, Southwark Street, London SE1 0TE;

(ii)

“the trunk road” means the A40 Trunk Road, known locally as Western Avenue; and

(iii)

“the new slip roads” means the new highways which the Secretary of State is authorised to construct by article 2 of this Order.
