In this Order:–;

  • “Western Avenue” means that length of the A40 trunk road in the London borough of Ealing known as Western Avenue.

  • “the eastbound exit slip road” means that length of road which links the eastbound carriageway of Western Avenue with the bridge that carries Argyle Road over Western Avenue;

  • “the eastbound access slip road” means that length of road which links Bideford Avenue with the eastbound carriageway of Western Avenue;

  • “the westbound exit slip road” means that length of road which links the westbound carriageway of Western Avenue; and

  • “the westbound access slip road” means that length of road which links Argyle Road with the westbound carriageway of Western Avenue.
