  "text": "(1) The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required to carry out or to facilitate, or is incidental to, the authorised development, or is required as replacement land.\n(2) This article is subject to paragraph (2) of article 27 (compulsory acquisition of rights and restrictive covenants) and paragraph (8) of article 34 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development).",
