# The A421 Trunk Road (Marsh Leys Improvement) (Trunking) Order 2000, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 19th May 2000
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions (“the Secretary of State”) makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980, and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:–
