  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order reclassifies the length of the road situated between a point 5m east of the centre of the A449/A456 junction in Kidderminster to a point 112m west of the centre of the A456/M5 junction 3, coincident with the intersection of the A456 and the circulatory carriageway of the roundabout, so that it is no longer a trunk road, but becomes a principal road.",
