  "heading": "Compulsory acquisition of land",
  "text": "(1) The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development, or to facilitate it, or is incidental to it.\n(2) This article is subject to articles 29(3) (compulsory acquisition of rights and imposition of restrictive covenants) and 39(9) (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development) and article 51 (crown rights).",
