  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order authorises National Highways Limited to undertake works to widen 6.5km of the existing single carriageway to create a dual carriageway providing two lanes in each direction between Farndon and Winthorpe roundabouts near Newark-on-Trent and carry out all associated works.\nThe Order permits National Highways Limited to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose.\nThe Order also makes provision in connection with the maintenance of the authorised development.\nA copy of the plans, engineering plans and sections, book of reference and environmental statement mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 54 (certification of documents, etc.) may be inspected free of charge during working hours at National Highways, 2 Colmore Square, Birmingham B4 6BN.",
