# The A46 Newark Bypass Development Consent Order 2025, Paragraph 17: Pre-commencement works

Extent: E+W

(1) Any pre-commencement works must be carried out in accordance with the pre-commencement plan.
(2) In this paragraph, “pre-commencement plan” means the document of that description listed in Schedule 10 (documents to be certified) and certified by the Secretary of State as the pre-commencement plan for the purposes of this Order.
