  "text": "As soon as reasonably practicable following the completion of the construction of the authorised development, the undertaker must provide to the Canal & River Trust as-built drawings of any Specified Works in a form and scale to be agreed between the undertaker and the Canal & River Trust to show the position of those works in relation to the waterway.",
