  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order authorises National Highways Limited to improve the A47 between Blofield and North Burlingham in Norfolk and carry out all associated works.\nThe Order permits National Highways Limited to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose.\nThe Order also makes provision in connection with the maintenance of the authorised development.\nA copy of the plans, engineering drawings and sections, book of reference and environmental statement and report mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 47 (certification of documents, etc.) may be inspected free of charge during working hours at National Highways Limited, Bridge House, 1 Walnut Tree Close, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4LZ.",
