This Order revokes the A47 Wansford to Sutton Development Consent Order 2023 (“the DCO”), a development consent order made under the Planning Act 2008. The Secretary of State has made this Order having given notice of her intention to revoke the DCO without an application being made to her pursuant to paragraph 3(1) and (7)(b) of Schedule 6 to the Act.
