# The A47/A11 Thickthorn Junction Development Consent Order 2022, Paragraph 31: Arbitration

Extent: E+W+S

Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraph 23(2), 23(4) and 24(1), any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and National Grid under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and National Grid, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 51 (arbitration).
