# The A47/A11 Thickthorn Junction Development Consent Order 2022, Paragraph 62: Arbitration

Extent: E+W+S

Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraph 54(2) (removal of apparatus) and (4) any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and Cadent under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and Cadent, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 51 (arbitration).
