The new highway which is to be constructed from the existing Mile End Roundabout eastwards for a distance of 69 metres to a new roundabout which is to be constructed as part of the new highway above (marked C to D on the plan).\n3. The new highway which is to be constructed will include the feed pillar and an access footway which extends southwards then eastwards from the southern boundary of the Mile End Roundabout (marked E on the plan).",
